A Sad Loss

We have all been stunned by the news about one of the Gallipot's great characters, Arthur Jameson, who passed away in his sleep on May 26th.
'Arthur's seat' has long been a feature of the bar and it is very sad to see it without him.
Our thoughts go out to Joyce and the rest of the family.

April 2015

We're well on our way into spring now and our garden has been open for a few weeks after a relatively miserable winter weather-wise. John Hawkridge the owner, Nick the manager and Amanda the chef have been hard at work in the garden planting a huge variety of new plants and flowers to fill the flowerbeds and pots and John assured us it'll be rivalling Kew Gardens soon! February 2015

We're now over a month into 2015 and things are looking well as always at The Gallipot Inn!

We currently have a delicious pale ale on our guest tap from Larkins Brewery along with our usual beers; Harvey's Best Bitter and Larkins Traditional. We have a few more guest beers lined up so you can look forward to more lovely ales in the near future.

December 2014

We'd noticed the Galliblog shamefully hadn't been updated in almost a year, so thought it was about time to bring it back!

Buisness has been running smoothly here at the Gallipot and we're looking forward to offering a lovely, fresh December menu this month, as well as a set price Christmas party menu, cooked by our wonderful chefs Leo and Amanda. We've also got a few events coming up including music nights and a New Year's Eve do which you can see more of on our events page.
